About these terms

These terms apply when you use the websites and landing pages of DS Homes, LLC, doing business as Affordable Home Source ("we", "us"), fill out one of our forms, or sign up for our text messages. By using them you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy (https://pages.affordablehomesource.com/privacy) explains how we handle your information.

Text message program

Program: Affordable Home Source home inquiry texts. If you opt in, we text you about your home inquiry: answers to your questions, follow-ups on your home quote, and reminders for appointments you booked with us.

How you opt in: by selecting the separate, optional text-message checkbox on one of our forms, which reads: "I agree to receive text messages from Affordable Home Source regarding my inquiry, requested services, scheduling, and other customer care communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. View our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions." It starts unselected. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. If you text or call us first, we may text you back about your message.

Quotes, prices and availability

Home prices, pictures, floor plans and availability on our pages are for information and can change without notice. A quote is an estimate for your situation; nothing on our pages is a binding offer. Your home purchase is governed only by the written agreement you sign with us.

Prize draws

Any prize draw we run is governed by its own official rules, which are linked from the draw's entry form.

Using our pages

Please use our pages only for lawful purposes and give us accurate information on our forms. The text, photos, logos and designs on our pages belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us; please do not copy them without our permission.

Disclaimers and limits

Our pages are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our pages or our text messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the current one.
